Flavor, texture, and service.  There’s no better place to start.  From that beginning, my journey carried me into kitchens across the country cooking with great chefs and for some amazing people.  From the traditional kitchen, my food journey took me into the world of competitive BBQ when I spent years competing against some of the best BBQers in the world.  Challenged to compete against the best, I perfected my BBQ.  And the key to BBQ like all food is flavor, texture, and service.  My love for food has brought me full circle.  From 5 star kitchens to a flavorful food trailer, I am home.  Welcome and thank you for being part of this magnificent food journey.
